At Sutra Retreats, we put immense effort into planning and curating a deeply immersive experience for all our guests. Due to the limited availability of spots and the logistics involved, all bookings are final, and we do not offer refunds or partial cancellations.

Cancellation Policy:

  • No deduction if cancellation is made 6 weeks or more before the retreat start date – No refund, but full credit will be issued, valid for 365 days.
  • 25% deduction if cancellation is made 1 month before the retreat start date.
  • 50% deduction if cancellation is made 15 days before the retreat start date.
  • 100% deduction if cancellation is made within 15 days of the retreat start date.
